Vanamali aims to be the front runner to deliver landscape and greenery development projects end to end to customers which will alleviate the affects of pollution in cities there by improving the quality of life of urban citizens.
Migrating population from rural to urban areas is increasing, as per the census data of 2011 urban population will be about 40% of the total population of India by 2026. On account of the influx of this population to urban areas, there is an increase in activities associated with infrastructure development proportionately viz; high rise buildings, commercial spaces, transportation etc.
This increase in population, vehicular traffic and buildings is contributing to increase in pollution and temperatures in urban areas thereby affecting the quality of life of urban dwellers. Areas to develop greenery are also constrained on account of increased population in urban areas. Therefore, innovative ways are to be developed to increase the greenery in the urban areas to negate the ill effects of increased pollution.
